Immigration

In general, any immigration matter needs expert advice before any involvement by the MP. The intervention of an MP should be the last resort after all normal channels have been exhausted.

If you do not have a legal advisor, you are strongly advised to find one who can deal with immigration advice. The Office of the Immigration Standards Commissioner provides a search tool enabling you to find a registered Immigration Advisor in your local area. You can find this tool on their website which you can access by clicking this link www.oisc.gov.uk.

I appreciate each immigration case is completely unique so please do contact my office on 0114 234 9079 or email me at gill.furniss.mp@parliament.uk if you would like to discuss your issues further.
